The very contemporary menu (much like Piccalilly's food) focuses on ethically produced ingredients (hence the name). Even the equipment used is low emission/low energy consumption. The fried pig's ears with fennel salt is a bit of a hit! Check out the unique plates made by young potter Tom Welch.
